The Plantation is located 12 minutes from I-5 between the Nisqually Reservation and Yelm. It has been host to hundreds of memorable weddings throughout the years. It is the premier indoor/outdoor wedding facility in Thurston County. Most weddings take place between May and September, although smaller weddings can take place outside these months. Here is some additional information.
Rental Costs
Rental cost for the day is between 1000.00 and 2000.00 depending on the day and the time of the year.
Ceremony & Reception Space
Lush Landscapes and Atrium provide many areas to choose as ceremony and reception locations.
Bridal Party Suites
Separate Bridal Suites for Both Wedding Parties to prepare for your special day!
Rental Needs
Includes tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. Pillars and Archway to use for Ceremony. Any additional rentals can be contracted through us.
Dance Floor
No need to rent a dance floor. The Plantation has a built in dance floor. You save up to 500.00 by not having to rent a dance floor.
Parking
Plenty of close parking for guests convenience.
DJ Services
Bring your own DJ or use our ‘In-House’ DJ. We have discounted Services. Plus no Noise Restrictions like other rental facilities.
Availability
The Plantation has a 12 hour rental block. This includes all set up and break down time as well. Other facilities time blocks are much less.
Catering
You are able to bring in a caterer of your choice. The Tyee Grill does have a top notch catering division. We offer very competitive prices and are the best at what we do. We would be honored to be a part of your wedding.
Bar Services
The Tyee Grill does provide bar service, but we are one of the few facilities that allows you to bring in your own bar with the purchase of a banquet permit.
